Community Outreach Meetings for Proposed Hemp Cultivation
County of Santa Clara to Present Proposed Regulations for Hemp Cultivation in Unincorporated Areas
The County of Santa Clara is inviting the public to attend community meetings, intended to present and receive community feedback regarding proposed regulations for Hemp Cultivation and related topics for unincorporated areas in Santa Clara County. The proposed regulations would restrict Hemp cultivation to “A” (Exclusive Agriculture) zoning districts and establishes setbacks from sensitive sites (i.e. schools) and residential areas.
We encourage participation and input from the public. Please consider attending one of the following meetings as described below.
